We’ve taken the history of what was The “New” Plantation and turned it into what is the newest restaurant concept to hit northern Colorado. The Yard at 3520 is an indoor-outdoor venue that features food from local food trucks, beverages from local crafts and entertainment from local artists.
Our modern, rustic restaurant comes complete with a volleyball court, fire pit, picnic tables, large outdoor area for food trucks and indoor space for community. Basically, we’ll be everything that Colorado has to offer all in one spot – a gathering area to hangout, a place to try new cuisine, a spot to listen to local music and a home for food trucks.
Local Greeley artist, Armando Silva will be helping us bring the culture of the community to the walls of The Yard through art. Plans for outdoor murals at The Yard are scheduled and they’ll bring you the best, brightest, Instagram-able moments.
Speaking of which, give us a follow on Instagram at @TheYardat3520!
Our business was founded on deep roots of community and purpose. They’re the two driving forces behind everything we do and everything we envision.
Bringing friends, families and people together while sharing an experience at The Yard is why we’re here. With local food, local music, local art and events, we hope to establish a local venue that brings our neighbors together. We can’t wait to see what we’re able to create together, northern Colorado.
The Yard at 3520 isn’t your average business, it’s a business with a purpose. Our owners are strong advocates for supporting education.
With international and education backgrounds, The Yard at 3520’s owners Belén & Rolando are dedicated to inspiring a better tomorrow through a strong education today.
A percentage of all of The Yard at 3520’s profits will be donated back to education organizations to support youth in their early learning careers.
